Kind Of Dusk - Detached Self - 12"EP (3-coloured, semi-transparent vinyl)

Kind Of Dusk captures a state of transformation. From the tangible to the abstract. Acoustic to electronic. Forming neoclassical movements into avantgarde sound spheres.

The project by Berlin-based producer and multiinstrumentalist Lukas Streich creates organic collages out of intimate piano sounds, innovative production approaches, and folk-inspired melodies. 

The music on "Detached Self" forms a complex and varied picture of different influences. Tracks like "IIIII" and "Descend" are purely instrumental, accompanied only by strings or soft synths or restrained beats. "Refraction" and "Arrival feat. Lihme" as well as "dust" show how wonderfully these instrumental ideas work with vocals or oppressive electronic production. 

The LP is pressed on 3-coloured, semi-transparent 140g vinyl, and includes "Align" as a bonus track.
